Minimum Wage Lawsuit Against Boyd Casino Properties
Our law firm represents a class of former and current employees of the Boyd Casino properties who claim they were not paid the correct minimum wage under Nevada's Constitution. Our clients, who worked at all of the Boyd casinos in Nevada, were paid less than the required $8.25 per hour minimum wage for employees who were not offered "qualified health insurance benefits" from their employer. Boyd Casinos would pay our clients less than $8.25 an hour during a "waiting period" when they were not eligible to receive health insurance benefits.
